How can I try Ythra?

The Android version is in internal testing. Ask support for access and, once invited, follow the enrolment link with your authorised account. iOS is not yet available to download.

Google Play does not show an update. What should I do?

Send us the installed version and build and a screenshot of the Google Play listing. Uninstalling is not a routine step for updating. If you have a delivery issue, we will look into it with you; publishing to a track does not confirm your device already receives it.

I cannot sign in.

Check that your email is typed correctly. If you forgot your password, use account recovery. If you see another error, send support the message and your Ythra version; never send your password.

How do I manage a booking or class?

Check your classes section in the app. Review the session information and terms; if you need a change, contact the coach. Coaches have tools to manage their classes and students.

How do I request account deletion?

Read the public account deletion instructions. They explain the steps in the app and how to contact us if you cannot sign in.
