Delete your Ythra account
You can request deletion without installing or opening the app. Send your request from your account email to soporte@ythra.app. We will verify account ownership before processing it. Do not send passwords or identity documents in your initial message.
If the button does not open your email app, write directly to soporte@ythra.app with the subject “Ythra account and data deletion request”.
You can also request deletion in Settings → Delete account. Access deletion is scheduled after 24 hours and can be cancelled in Settings before execution. Uninstalling does not delete your account.
Current automatic deletion removes the profile and account access. Support reviews cleanup of associated files and historical data; it is not yet automated for all categories. Messages and copies held by others, and records needed for legal duties or reports, require separate treatment. We will explain the scope and any applicable exceptions.
