Contact: soporte@ythra.app. 2. Account and age You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details. Protect your credentials. Impersonation, account sales, unauthorized access and evasion of restrictions are prohibited. Parental permission does not allow minors to register. Contact support to correct an age error or report a minor's account. Accepting these terms does not enable optional analytics, location recording, camera, microphone or marketing. Separate notices and permissions apply. 3. Matches, classes and activities Check the time, location, requirements, price and cancellation conditions before joining. Inform the organizer when withdrawing. Hosts and coaches must describe their services accurately and hold any required qualifications and permissions. Unless an offer expressly says otherwise, YTHRA LLC provides the platform, not the activity. Identity verification does not certify professional qualifications or safety. 4. Routes and sport Active route recording collects precise location, including in the background or with the screen locked, following a separate notice. GPS, statistics and rankings can contain errors. This is not an emergency or certified navigation service or medical advice. Assess weather, terrain, equipment and your ability. Sharing may expose places you frequent. Hiding route ends does not guarantee anonymity. 5. Content and community rules You keep ownership of your content and must have permission to share it. You authorize storage, technical processing and delivery to the chosen audience to provide the service. Harassment, threats, discrimination, violence, disclosure of private data without authorization, child sexual abuse or exploitation, unlawful sexual content, non-consensual intimate images, fraud, spam, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, abusive automation and manipulation of attendance, ratings, results or routes are prohibited. Use report and block controls or contact support. Emergency situations require the appropriate local emergency service. 6. Chats, ratings and moderation Chats are available to authorized participants but are currently not end-to-end encrypted. Our infrastructure can process messages as described in the privacy policy. Ratings must reflect a real experience and respect privacy. Reputation does not guarantee identity, quality or absence of fraud. We may review reports, remove content, restrict or suspend accounts for violations, safety risks or legal duties. Where appropriate, we provide a reason and a way to appeal through support. Measures must respect applicable law and mandatory user rights. 7. AI and watches The assistant can be wrong. Do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive third-party data. Responses do not replace professional advice. Scoreboards and watches depend on connectivity and synchronization. Participants should check the final result before confirmation. 8. Paid services Free trials do not authorize charges. Real digital payments are currently disabled. Before paid services are enabled, their price, currency, duration, renewal, cancellation and refund rules will be displayed. Store purchases are also subject to store terms. Payments for third-party activities are distinct from a Ythra digital subscription. 9. Deletion, changes and liability Request account deletion in Settings or at https://ythra.app/delete-account, or contact support. The privacy policy describes deletion scope and current limitations. Material changes will be communicated and may require new acceptance. Availability and third-party information are not guaranteed. These terms do not exclude YTHRA LLC's legal responsibilities, mandatory consumer rights or access to competent courts and authorities. Contact soporte@ythra.app for complaints.
